Beeswax Food Wraps Workshop-  Saturday October 5, 10am-12pm $35/person $30 for veggie members
Learn and take home three beeswax wraps. These wraps are a great alternative to plastic wrap and can be re-used. 100% cotton and beeswax. This workshop is held off-site. Sign up in advance for details Sign up here 

Kombucha Workshop- Thursday, June 20 7:00-9:00pm  $35/person   $30 for veggie members

Learn how to make and take home a starter kombucha culture. Try and taste different types of kombucha, learn about secondary fermentation, try SCOBY gummies and take home a recipe book. This workshop is held off-site. Sign up in advance for details. Sign up here

Hands on Herbal Workshop- Thursday July 18 7:00-9:00pm  $35/person  $30  for veggie members

Yoga in the Strawberry Patch: Thursday, July 4 7:00pm
Pick some strawberries and stretch in our fields. Run by Ameile Chanda, Wellness Coach. Spend some time on your mat outside. Bring some bug spray (just in case!)

Strawberry Open House Saturday, June 29, 2019 FREE
Join us for our annual strawberry Openhouse! From 10-noon, join us for FREE strawberries and ice cream, face painting, strawberry lemonade and wagon rides to the dairy barns.
Norfolk 4-H Dairy Club will also be hosting a fundraising BBQ, hot dogs & water. Everyone Welcome!

Walk the Crop with Sharon $25 Wednesday, June 26 2019

Eat, Taste, and walk the strawberry field trying the 10 different varieties of June-bearing varieties that we grow. Find out which strawberry is your favourite, and what you should us it for. Taste strawberry desserts, beer, wine, cider, soups and salads.  Date to be confirmed. 

Dill Pickle Daze Work-Bee Saturday, July 27 10am FREE 
Learn how to make dill pickles & take some home with you. This is a work-bee event. Our CSA packs pickles for each member. Help us pack pickles for everyone and take home 5 jars yourself. All supplies included. Bring your own jars. Many hands make light work! This event takes place off-farm at a commercial kitchen. Sign up here

Weeding Party – Wednesday, August 7 6:30pm We will send you home with gifts! 
Come together as a community. Learn about different plants and weeds in our garden. Come help us weed our gardens and get some goodies in exchange for your help! Bring gloves. Tunes, water, & snack provided. 

Fall Wreath Making Workshop- Saturday, September 7 2019 10am-noon  $60  or  $50 for veggie members
Make and take home a fall wreath.  Instructions and supplies provided. Supplies include dried flowers, pine cones, grapevine wreathes and assorted ribbon. Sign up here

Garlic Planting & Potluck- Saturday, October 19 2019 10am- noon FREE  bring a potluck dish!
Help us plant garlic for our next years’ crop! – Dress for the elements. Help separate, plant and cover garlic cloves. Potluck lunch to follow. Bring lawn chairs, we will be eating outside. 

Who Let the Cows Out- Wednesday, May 1st 2019 5:00pm   Please bring a potluck item for dinner
Our Annual event. It is the first time this spring that our cows get to smell the fresh grass and frolic in the pasture fields again for the year! Come out and join us for this celebration. It is exciting to see them enjoy their first time on pasture again for the year. 
Rain or shine. Please bring your lawn chairs & a potluck item to share. 
5:00 gather, 5:30 cows release!, 5:45/6:00 dinner
Our CSA members are asked to bring a salad to share. – meat is covered, vegetarian options available
For everyone else, please bring some cash for a meal (pass the hat).
